Business Links’ architects and engineers work as part of a project team, performing tasks assigned under the direction of the project leader. Assignment can be for specific tasks on the project plan, for a specific project phase, or for a defined scope of responsibility for the project duration.

Business Links plans and leads the implementation of a defined scope of work for an IT initiative. Team members may include Business Links architects and engineers, members of your IT staff, and other vendor personnel. Business Links is responsible for on-time, on-budget delivery of the project goals.

Business Links engineers are assigned to your IT department for a specified duration. The assigned engineers will have the necessary training, skills and experience to perform the tasks assigned. Tasks can include routine and proactive maintenance, technical troubleshooting, repair or other services to support the responsibilities and goals of your IT department.
